Shipping Policy

Welcome to Line Life Outfitters — thank you for supporting a lineman-owned and operated business!
We take pride in providing high-quality gear and apparel for the line life community. Please review our shipping policy below so you know what to expect when ordering from us.


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items (such as engraved or specialty apparel) may require up to 10–14 business days to ship.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We currently ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of your package.

  • Estimated delivery times (after processing):

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

    • Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days (available in select areas)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control—especially during peak seasons.


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100 (before tax and discounts).


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If you notice an error after purchase, contact us immediately at info@linelifeoutfitters.com.
We’ll do our best to update it before your order ships, but once it’s been processed, we can’t guarantee address changes.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Line Life Outfitters is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members.

  2. Wait 24–48 hours in case of carrier delay.

  3. Contact your local post office or delivery carrier for assistance.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only.
We plan to expand to international shipping soon — stay tuned!


Pre-Orders & Backorders

Items labeled Pre-Order or Backorder will ship as soon as inventory arrives.
You’ll be notified of estimated ship dates in your order confirmation email.
